Fanatics Collect Unveils New Buy Now Marketplace with Simplified Fees

Fanatics Collect has unveiled an exciting development for collectors and sellers alike with the launch of their new Buy Now marketplace. The platform introduces a simplified fee structure that aims to empower sellers by maximizing their earnings through reduced fees and improved discoverability.

One of the standout features of the new fee structure is the introduction of a 6% fee for listings sold for less than $120. This competitive rate is set to benefit sellers significantly, as it represents one of the lowest fees in the industry. By eliminating the previous 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees, Fanatics Collect has made it more profitable for sellers to list their items on the platform.

Sellers can now enjoy higher earnings on sales under $119.99, with the potential to earn up to 94% of the listing price compared to a maximum of 85% under the previous fee structure. This increase in potential earnings is designed to provide immediate benefits to sellers, with all existing listings automatically transitioning to the new fee structure without any changes needed to pricing.

The new Buy Now marketplace has been revamped to enhance the overall user experience based on feedback from collectors and sellers. The reimagined platform aims to improve the discoverability of cards, shorten listing times, and simplify the fee structure to streamline the selling process. By removing the 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees, Fanatics Collect encourages sellers to create more competitive listings, ultimately enhancing the diversity and quality of options available to buyers.

To ensure fairness and competitiveness, listings priced more than 20% above fair market value will be subject to a 15% seller’s fee instead of the standard 6%. Moreover, the platform has eliminated the $3 minimum fee for Buy Now sales, enabling sellers to list items for as little as 50 cents, promoting accessibility for sellers of all types of collectibles.

The new Buy Now marketplace also prioritizes efficient transactions, with collectors paying immediately via the Fanatics Collect app. This streamlined process benefits sellers by providing quicker access to their payments and allows buyers to enhance their collections promptly.

Sellers who may prefer not to continue listing under the new fee structure have the flexibility to delist their items at any time. Support is readily available through their sales representative or the Collector Experience team for any assistance needed during this transition period.

The launch of the Buy Now marketplace marks a significant step forward for Fanatics Collect, as they strive to elevate the buying and selling experience for all collectors. Explore the new marketplace today to leverage the simplified fee structure and maximize your earnings on every sale!
